Unless someone converted it to a Efan you should have a mechanical radiator fan on the waterpump and the shroud. And the secondary Efan that all 95-97 panthers have is a assist fan to aid in cooling when the a/c is on and that is the only time it turns on unless the temp gets over 200° then it turns on aid in cooling but it isn't a primary cooling fan.1997 Grand Marquis LS HPP
