Bypass fuel pump relay

I need to pump some fuel out of the tank of my '02 Grand Marquis. I'm going to remove the schrader valve in the test port on the fuel rail and put a hose on it. I just need to know how to jump the fuel pump relay to keep the pump running.

On the driver fender. Find this plug. Unplug. Jumper that. 15A minifuse should do the trick.
